The internal diameter, frit design, and sorbent material of the Cole-Parmer® TELOS® Silica-Based SPE fixed 96-well microplates allow for maximum recovery with minimal sample dilution and reduced evaporation time. Select endcapped sorbents for applications requiring minimal secondary silanol interactions to enhance compound retention and elution. C4 (WP) sorbents with average pore size of 300 Å are ideal for compounds with molecular weight >10,000.
